The Pacific Northwest Neuropsychological
Society was formally established in 1987. The purposes are identified in
the by-laws: (click here for more...) To promote the profession of clinical neuropsychology through the dissemination of knowledge, the interchange of ideas, and the support of standards of excellence in training and practice. To provide a forum for interchange between neuropsychologists and others interested in brain-behavior relationships.
General Meetings occur on the second Monday of every other month (September through May) at the Virginia Mason Medical Center, from 7-9:00 PM. Each meeting, a member of the professional community is invited to present on a topic of general interest. Two hours of Continuing Education credits are offered for attendance at these meetings. An annual full-day conference is also sponsored, currently scheduled for March. Annual membership is only $25.00, which includes the cost of all CE credits (except for the annual meeting).
